Hi everyone, please read...

Well I've been on my self imposed break for somewhere around 2 weeks now. I've managed to fix my car but still haven't found a job. I've also had a lot of time to think and reflect.

I have a fiancee which most of you know about, and a 9 year old daughter as well. For the most part my fiancee is understanding and looks the other way and doesn't say much about my online activities. Unfortunately, what I've become and been doing bothers me a lot more than it seems to bother her. I realized something was seriously seriously (yes I typed this twice on purpose) wrong when I decided to take this break, because I've been scheduling my real life around play times and raiding. Since I've been unplugged I've had a lot of time to do things that need done, and to spend some quality time with my daughter. I can't remember the last time she, or I have felt any real connection, but the last few weeks we've really enjoyed each others company.

I've also realized that I haven't had the desire to play. At all.

With that said, I just wanted to let all my EQ friends and family know that I have decided to quit, and focus on life for a change. I love you guys and I'm sorry I had to do this so shortly after joining, but I just can't justify EQ over RL any longer.

Whereas I believe and always will, that RL >>>>> EQ it confuses me each time I see someone push so hard to join KTF, only to quit a short while later. I guess in this case, the moment to stop playing came at just the wrong time Crying or Very sad
