Do not apply if you cannot accept criticism (sometimes harsh). Do not apply if you can not fill out the application form correctly (hint: fill everything the way it asks for it). Do not bug us in game about your application. We are very busy and often do not have time for even simple questions, this will be you if you join us.
1. We expect our shadow priests to come close, if not, to the top of the damage meters. You should have significant experience raiding, you have to be able to survive in order to do damage and feed us mana. If critical, you must be able to find where you stashed your heal keys and make solid use of them.
2. We raid 7CST-12CST (Mon, Wed, Thurs), 7CST-10ishCST (Tues/Fri) and 4CST- whenever our bloody corpses decide it's time to sleep (Sat), you should be able to adhere to those raid times and days if you want a shot. Tues/Fri/Sun are Karazhan nights, this zone is important for gear, it's pretty important to show up.
3. You must come prepared, always. Consumables are a must, not a luxury. As we push into harder content, more and more consumables will be necessary. If you have a problem coming prepared, or have a problem with farming and providing for yourself, don't bother applying. We want to be impressed by the person who flasks/pots on anything of difficulty. If you have a problem with pissing your gold away with new content, please look somewhere else.
4. You must have the best possible talent specialization available to you. We are recruiting you for this sole reason, you need to be able to shine at this role. In addition, you need to be solidly geared (hint: tailoring if you aren't already).
5. You must have a positive attitude about yourself, the game, raiding, dying, your class, your role and anything else you can think about. We don't need anymore downers, we don't need anymore people wanting to cut themselves over their class. We want positive players who want to kill new content.
6. I normally wouldn't post this, but we had a run in with a slight issue, so I will. It's imperative that you are able to use Ventrilo as well as speak in it (no mutes), if you can't, fix it so you can. If your computer is terrible, or you still play on dialup, this most likely isn't the guild for you.
7. You must want to progress in this game, instead of sitting on the sidelines being satisfied with being average. We're stepping it up another notch. We're diving head first into new content, if you want to be in this position, this is the guild for you.
We want someone who will play as often as us. We want someone who will be as prepared as us. We want people who can teach us new aspects of the game, instead of someone who is okay with being mediocre. If you think you are suitable for this job, please post your application at the link below.
