Describe your raiding history in World of Warcraft and any accomplishments you feel are worth noting.
I have played World of Warcraft since it's launch primarily being a tank throughout each expansion and taking a small break during BC while I was a TA in college.

During all of WoTLK I was a raid leader sometimes of multiple groups. From Uldar on I ran two or three tanks (
DK/War/Druid) for all the content forward doing a full set of 10 and 25's for whatever the current raid was until blessedly they changed the lockout system and I saw my bed for the first time in the expansion.
Why did you leave your previous guild?
A few reasons, we had trouble getting a full team together half of the time we raided during my trial with them. Another was that our players weren't of the same quality and were changed from one raid day to another. This combined with some of the members having to leave raids early kind of sealed the deal for me. None of this was the current GM's fault he was just struck suddenly by unreliable people who wouldn't own up.
Why do you want to join Keepers of the Faith?
I want a group of people focused on seeing all the content and conquering it, willing to have fun and never give up. From my conversation with Volack he gave me the impression further confirmed by wandering around your guild site it is a goal we share.
How did you hear about about our guild?
My previous guild leader Volack recommended you to me.
Why should we recruit you?
Suppose two athletes are in a sprinting competition, one you see has perfect form while the other is not as honed. Both finish neck and neck, given a choice who to train for the Olympics you easily choose the athlete who when trained could easily outstrip others. Having played MMORPG's for 10 years all of these as a tank I have gained a fantastic sense of character awareness, of tactics for boss mechanics, and strategies to defeat them. I firmly believe that problems can be thought through usually resolving in the maximization of each player's mechanical output, something I have long sought after. What I mean by this, is a Paladin, in a real sense is akin to a swiss army knife. We have spell's that reduce threat, remove a characters impairment, stop physical damage, and a whole tool box more: hand of sacrifice being the gem in this group. The difference between myself and many other applicant's is that these things are part of my daily use and are thus practiced.
What kind of raid environment are you searching for in a guild?
I am looking for a group of people who have the focus to be the best or near the best. Who have long since decided that they wish to see all the content that is offered and reap the reward's of the toughest encounters blizzard can throw at them. Ideally it would be in a environment of equal parts friendship and fun with seriousness and intelligence. It would also be with people who do not mind corpse runs at any point, ever; failure is a part of the game, one intended to be minimized but never complained about.
What are your weaknesses as a player and how do your strive to improve them?
One of my greatest weaknesses is that I am new to healing, having only in this expansion moved into the role of healer slightly month than a ago. This weakness is a rather mitigated one though; namely because with the redesign of the classes even a Paladin from vanilla would not have any noticeable advantage over a 4.0 Paladin. This still leaves the undeniable fact that I am new to healing but, I have quickly filled out, making this problem more time issue than a ability one. It then follows that my gear is not at some of the levels as your other applicant's however this is something easily remedied.
The other weakness is more of a character flaw. I do not like nor tolerate someone who lies to me or wants to start drama as a means to pass time. In this game some legitimate moments of tension and confrontation occur and this should be expected; but to show favoritism and sow dissension should result in public admonishment.
We use World of Logs to analyze our effectiveness on progression fights. Do you have experience using this tool to improve your play?
Yes about a year's plus worth of experience.
How well can you take constructive criticism if another player notices a part of your play which does not seem effective?
If I don't notice it myself and someone else does, they do themselves and the guild an injustice by not informing me. If the goal is to progress then I should hope everyone would help each other analyze their weak points and correct them.
What time zone are you in?

What heal mod do you use if any, and why?
I use Grid and Clique having fiddled with both Heal Bot and Voodoo I found what I feel to be a delay between an action and it's communication through these two mods.
Do you have any extra comments that weren't already addressed?
Here are my WoL's while I was in the guild Syndicate.
