Reading the post in the link, and reading Blizz's EULA, the amount of time spent trying to "fix the problem" for something that Blizz can do because they don't like the color of your socks, seems silly.

Within one day of posting this, I had yet to see any response from blizzard. However, I gave them a call AND THEIR QUEUE WAS AN HOUR RESPONSE TIME.

Yet, my faith in you didn't waver, oh no, and lo it was rewarded when no less than 10 seconds after the annoucement that I would have to wait an hour MY CALL WAS PICKED UP BY A LIVE PERSON.

Said person took 10 minutes to look at the ticket, and fixed the problem and now I'm back in game. I had logged in to send you many tells but you were not online.

SO I SHALL SPREAD THE GOOD WORD OF ARILEA TO THE MASSES.
